Quail Town Cages modular cage system by Rite Farm Products. Heavy Duty Texas USA Built quail cages. Made with strong welded aluminum stacking frames. Our cages ALL feature 1/2"x1" black PVC coated wire floors to add comfort and to prevent foot issues. All cages include an automatic waterer with 1.5 feet of black hose and aluminum feed troughs with guards. Cages also include a heavy gauge 18"x26" aluminum no rust litter pan that can hold a disposable parchment paper sheet or a reusable silicone mat for the easiest and most durable litter cleanup on the market. The trays are also a very generous 1.125 inches tall allowing more space for litter and or shavings. Cages without wheels can be secured to a wall or mounted back-to-back. Layer Cages with Egg Rollout

Each layer cage is designed to hold 12 jumbo adult quail or up to 14 standard size adult quail. Built the perfect size to hold 10 jumbo females and 2 jumbo males per fertile egg layer cage. Or if standard size you can run up to 12 female and 2 males per cage. Layer cages all feature an angled floor egg roll out. This allows all of your eggs to collect on the front overhang. The front roll outs include a plastic guard to protect against wire cage scratches. The 2 rollout ends also have plastic side guards to prevent any eggs from falling off the sides. Heavy 14-gauge 1"x2" galvanized steel cage top, rear and sides and black PVC coated 16-gauge 1/2"x1" angled flooring. Hybrid plastic cage front is purposefully designed to allow more vertical space for quail's heads to enter and exit the feeder trough without rubbing against steel daily. This poly surface is smoother and safer for your birds. The poly front is also designed to perfectly align to each of the 22 feeder guard openings, cutting way down on waisted feed and your overall feed bill.

Grow Out Cages

Grow out cages can hold up to 24 three-week-old quail, 20 four-week-old quail, 16 five-week-old quail, or 12 jumbo adult or 14 standard adult quail. Grow out cages also work great for holding adult male quail as well as for grow outs. 14-gauge 1"x2" galvanized steel cage top, rear, and sides and black PVC coated 16-gauge 1/2"x1" flat flooring. Hybrid plastic cage front is purposefully designed to allow more vertical space for quail's heads to enter and exit the feeder trough without rubbing against steel. Cage Dimensions

Cages by themselves measures 8 inches tall x 26 inches wide x 18 inches deep. 

Grow Out Cages including the aluminum frames are 12 inches tall x 29 inches wide x 20 inches deep with feed trough. Note: They are 11 inches tall when inserted into legs or another cage. Door opening is 8.5 inches wide by 6 inches tall.

Layer Cages including the aluminum frames are 12 inches tall x 29 inches wide x 24 inches deep with rollout. Note: They are 11 inches tall when inserted into legs or another cage. Door opening is 8.5 inches wide by 4.75 inches tall.

Water Reservoirs

Two options are available for the 2-gallon capacity water reservoir. We offer it in either solid black with a black lid or opaque with a black lid. The black option is preferred for spaces that allow sunlight through windows, doors, or skylights as it cuts down on algae growth being black and will not let the light through. Most artificial lights can also cause algae growth as well. Our other option is opaque with a black lid. This option allows the user to visually see the water level. Perfect for users that want to see the water level from the outside without opening the lid. Both options include a built-in shut off valve to easily turn your water on or off should you need to remove your reservoir for easy cleaning.

Leg Kit Options

We offer 3 different leg kit options for our modular cages to best suit your needs. The least expensive option is our 4-inch-tall tabletop leg kit. This option is great if you only plan to stack 1 to 3 cages and are setting them on a cabinet or a tabletop to avoid bending over. They could also be used for floor standing models but keep in mind you cannot reach to sweep under the 4-inch surface. Our second option is our 10-inch leg kit. This option is great for stationary stacks of our modular cages. The 10-inch space allows enough space (12 inches if you remove litter tray) to be able to sweep below the cages. The taller 10-inch legs also make it easier for the user to reach the quail in the bottom level cage without having to get on your knees. With the 10-inch stationary leg kit you can also secure your cages to the wall or to each other back-to-back as there are no wheels sticking out past the cage frame preventing you from doing this. Lastly our 10-inch leg kit with wheels. This is our most popular option as it allows you to move an entire stack of up to 6 modular cages with ease. The 2-inch locking wheels add an additional 3 inches to the overall height as well allowing you (15 inches of you remove the litter tray) even more space to sweep under or reach quail on the bottom level cage.
