Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: Unopened and in its original packaging in a resellable condition.
To start a return, contact us at barn@quailz.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.For Insured Items via USPS Shipping the customer is responsible to file the insurance claim online.
Refund Processing Fee
If your refund/return is approved and a refund is issued to a credit card, a processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 will be deducted from your refund. This fees are charged regardless if the item was shipped and covers the non-refundable transaction costs imposed by our payment processor. If you decide to receive store credit, there are no fees if used for a future order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, hatching eggs, live birds)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
