Experience the magic of hatching your own "miniature warriors." This set includes 6 fertile hatching eggs from our premium flock of Serama Bantams. Known for their incredible upright posture and friendly personalities, these birds are the ultimate choice for hobbyists, show enthusiasts, and families looking for a unique backyard (or indoor!) pet.
Features & Details:
-
THE WORLD'S SMALLEST BREED: Hatch the tiniest chickens on the planet! Adult Seramas are roughly the size of a pigeon and full of "big bird" personality.
-
FRESH & FERTILE: Our eggs are collected daily from healthy, free-ranging breeders and checked for quality. We prioritize freshness to give you the best possible hatch rate.
-
UNIQUE TRAITS: Seramas do not "breed true" to color, meaning every hatch is a surprise! You may see a variety of beautiful plumage colors and patterns from a single clutch.
-
EXCELLENT PET POTENTIAL: Seramas are naturally calm and enjoy human interaction. They are easy to handle, making them perfect for children or as "apartment-friendly" poultry.
-
SECURE PACKAGING: We use a specialized "egg foam" shipping method with individual egg cushioning to ensure your eggs arrive intact and ready for the incubator.
Important Incubation Tips:
- Hatch Time: Be ready! Serama chicks often pip at day 24 to 26.
-
Temperature & Humidity: We recommend a steady 99.5°F and lower humidity (40–45%) during the first 20 days to prevent the tiny embryos from drowning in the shell.
-
Settling Period: Upon arrival, let your eggs "rest" (pointy end down) at room temperature for 12–24 hours before placing them in the incubator to allow the air cells to stabilize.
Note: Hatching eggs is a natural process. While we guarantee fresh, fertile eggs upon shipping, we cannot guarantee a specific hatch rate due to variables in shipping and individual incubation setups.
